Actress Anne Hathaway has once again proven the grim and frightening future that progressives want us all to live in. While receiving a so-called “Equality Award” she went on a rant during her acceptance speech where she denounced every aspect of her birth and heritage, except that of being of woman.
Hathaway reportedly said:
“with the exception of being a cisgender male, everything about how I was born has put me at the current center of a damaging and widely-accepted myth,” continuing, “that myth is that gayness orbits around straightness, transgender orbits around cisgender, and that all races orbit around whiteness.”
As you can see by her quote, Hathaway is actually the one being racist and sexist. She apologizes for the way she was born and what she was born into, all things she cannot change. This is the exact definition of racism and sexism, blaming people for a race or sex they were simply born into.
I can only assume the hypocrisy was lost on all the progressives media outlets that praised Hathaway’s insane rant full of self-hatred.
All this comes not long after Hathaway went on another racist rant on Instagram in which she claimed all black people are afraid “every day”.
“White people- including me, including you- must take into the marrow of our privileged bones the truth that ALL black people fear for their lives DAILY in America and have done so for GENERATIONS. White people DO NOT have equivalence for this fear of violence,”
In the above quote, it shows Hathaway believes in some caricatured version of white and black people in America. She obviously thinks all white people live privileged lives like she does, full of private jets to exotic destinations and closets full of free designer clothes. But worse than that, it shows a total lack of respect for the black community.
What her statement really shows is that Hathaway doesn’t live in the real world. Millions of black people are living productive and happy lives everyday. To suggest that every single black person lives in constant fear is grossly disparaging due to the fact that she suggests an entire race of people spend their days cowering in fear and weakness. It also shows her delusional savior-complex that only she can help save others, and her words suggests others races must not be strong enough to help themselves without her help. It’s a totally disgusting and twisted worldview.
But what her bizarre beliefs really show us is the scary future that progressives want us all to live in. A world that they themselves have created, a world so race-obsessed and toxic that the creators themselves must denounce their own heritage or risk being swept out by the increasingly bizarre progressive mob. The same mob THEY created!
It’s a classic Frankenstein story. Progressives have created a monster, and now they must bow down to the monster they have created or risk being kicked out of their exclusive victims-only club.
But here is the problem with this backwards and false progressive utopia, and that’s the fact that eventually there always needs to be a new oppressor for their divisive tactics to work. Right now it’s straight white males who are the villains in the Progressive narrative. But already, as with Hathaway, we are seeing white women that must denounce their “whiteness” or risk being the new villain once white males have been “put in their place”.
But after all the straight white women have been demonized as the males already have been, who is next? For the progressive narrative to keep on, they will need to find another villain. Will it be whichever race happens to be the largest demographic at that time? Will it be a group who progressives feel disproportionately succeeds above other groups?
That’s the problem, nobody knows because progressives are not driven by science, logic, or even basic common sense. They are simply drawing battle lines between races and sexes with no regard for the terrible damage they are doing to the social fabric of America.
